About Us

Keep Children Safe Online (KCSO) is a non-profit organisation aimed at children, parents and teachers to help further educate them on the importance of internet safety.

We believe that the Internet can be a jungle for children therefore with funds raised one of our first aims was to provide a safe fun educational website that is interactive and teaches young children about Internet safety while they explore. A lot of Internet resources we have found are packed with information for parents, carers and professionals however we want to create a safe path through the jungle for our children that is easy to read, educational and enjoyable, we will also provide schools with workshops for parents, teachers and children and provide free resources on internet safety aspects.

With the increase of funds from donations, fundraising and sponsorship we plan to support other organisations with similar remits by forming partnerships with a variety of internet safety organisations such as anti-bullying groups - EyePAT CIC and Internet protection companies - ESET. We hope that this will encourage more people to promote the importance of online safety and work together towards making the internet a safer place for our children.

KCSO utilise a unique social communication tool called Monkey Chat which allows under 13s to converse with other children across the globe without the worry of online predators via its pre-set questions and answers.

Overall KCSO aims to provide children, parents and teachers with an interactive learning tool, internet safety advice, support and resources. The main objective is to combine all knowledge of the modern, ever-growing dangers that children can face whilst surfing the internet.
