Member - a child under 13 years who has had an adult complete the membership sign-up formalities and paid the subscription fee of £3.00 per month, which has been accepted by Us and to whom username and password access to the Website has been granted by Us for access to features on the Website additional to a Visitor.

Refund Policy

Our policy is that people who purchase a Monkey Chat membership have a right to a full refund within 14 days if not satisfied.
